How True Honest Price collects, uses, and shares information.
True Honest Price ("we," "us") operates a vehicle pricing transparency platform. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.
For buyers — name, email, and saved searches/vehicles if you create an account; pricing issue reports and any proof submitted. For dealers — business name, contact information, vehicle listing data, and billing information processed through Stripe (we do not store full payment card numbers ourselves).
To operate the platform, verify listings, communicate with buyers and dealers, process dealer subscription billing, and review reported pricing issues.
We do not sell personal information. We share dealer business information publicly as part of the platform's purpose (showing verified pricing and, when applicable, removal status). We share payment information only with our payment processor, Stripe.
You may request access to or deletion of your account information by contacting partners@truehonestprice.com.
We may update this policy and will post the revised version here.
