The terms that govern use of the True Honest Price platform.
True Honest Price is a transparency platform, not a dealership. We do not sell vehicles, own inventory, or complete sales transactions. The participating dealership owns the vehicle and is responsible for completing any sale.
Dealers agree to honor the verified out-the-door price shown to buyers, subject to the rules published at /rules. Buyers may report a dealer who does not honor a verified price, with supporting proof. After review, a dealer may be suspended or removed from the platform and, if removed, may be listed publicly on the Removed Dealers page along with a stated reason.
A dealer that disputes a removal or suspension may contact partners@truehonestprice.com to request review.
Dealer subscription plans are billed month-to-month and may be canceled at any time through the dealer billing portal or by contacting support.
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of any dealer-submitted information beyond our stated review process.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
