Honest upfront pricing rules
Dealers must show the full out-the-door price clearly and keep required costs upfront.
Vehicle price, dealer fees, required add-ons, estimated taxes, title, and registration must be shown upfront.
Required packages, accessories, reconditioning charges, or inspection fees must already be included.
Warranties, GAP, service contracts, and accessories cannot be forced after a certificate is shown.
The dealer agrees to honor the verified price unless buyer-specific changes apply.
Buyers can submit quotes, screenshots, paperwork, or messages when a dealer changes pricing.
Dealers that do not honor honest upfront pricing can be removed and listed publicly.
